Create an Excel calendar to show work history

I am looking for someone with proficiency in Excel to cut and paste work history information from a document into an Excel calendar spreadsheet, formatting the cells as necessary so that all information is visible when the spreadsheet is converted to a PDF document. Additionally, good attention to detail is required as you will need to comb through a dense document to find and extract only the information required for the calendar. Initially, I need calendars for years 2007 - 2010 as soon as possible. After that, there will be more years to work on. You will be provided with an Excel calendar template to use and specific examples of what to look for in the document and what the finished calendar should look like.
