Create an contact list from various websites

I have a list of websites and all I require is someone to go through the various site and extract specific data to a spreadsheet. I am creating a mailing list, so all i need is their full names, address and emails.

All the information is there. Its a very simple but mundane task. I have completed over 50% already but now need to move onto the campaign itself so I need help finishing it off.

Here are a snapshot of the type of websites. The details I require are the Parish Council Councillors:

https://roi.cmis.uk.com/clerkdetails/eastsuffolk - This one you would need to select each drop down parish council and take the details.
http://www.calc.org.uk/parishes/carlisle.asp - this one requires you to click on each area and take the details.

The rest of the websites are like these, so its just a lot of back and forth copying and pasting.
