Create a text file

I have 103 images in a zip file here: -

Attached is a file with the URL from where of the above images came from.

I need information about each of those images: -

- Name
- Filename

The information must be entered in a specific format.

As an example I have entered the first 2 files, as shown below: -

NOTE: Any filename, 16 characters or more (include .jpg in that 16 characters), mark with a *
