Create a Simple Excel Graph & input table

Description of excel work: I am a Personal Trainer and I want to create a very simple line graph that will show my clients weight change.

I want two graphs...
1). A single line graph, that shows his weight fluctuations from a start date to current date. (x = date, y = weight)
2). Another line graph, but this graph (x = date, y = weight) will have multiple lines as it will show weight fluctuations from Sunday to Saturday.

You will see three attachments. Two are examples of the two graph styles I require, and the third is my clients recent weights which need to be input into those two graphs.

I will also need an input table created that allows me to continue to add future data (his weights) which will be also displayed in the line graph.

I am ready to start this job right away with the right person who can start & complete it quickly.
