Create a basic text only price list for a trade catalogue

We need someone to create as A4 price list to go alongside our trade catalogue. The job will require you to look at our catalogue page by page (184 pages) and replicate the SKU and short product description for each product and leave space for us to input the prices. Ideally this will be one line per product. Examples are available from previous catalogue price list.
It may be created in any programme that allows for editing and creating a final pdf for print.
We would like this completed as soon as possible, ideally by next week.

I don't have an editable version of the price list and everything has been changed around from last year so it needs to be inputed from scratch. I can send you a downloadable pdf version of the catalogue and it would require you to start on page 1, type in the SKU (product code), followed by the description and leave space for us to input the prices. Each product will require 1 line on the page.
As with last year's price list, it will require the page number and title of each page to be put at the top of each lot of codes/descriptions (e.g.; 'Page 22 BAGS')
