I have one Excel file that needs to be converted in to 55 Excel files. Bellow the instructions to get the task done:
1. Each of the new 55 Excel should have file name according with the user name included in the Excel file "FILL LIST.XLS" column A which contain user name. Please do not include the word Example in the file name.
2. There is an Example of the final Excel file for each user "Example - MENDEZ AVILA MARIA DANIELA.xls"
3. information that needs to be copied from "FULL LIST" to "Example - MENDEZ AVILA MARIA DANIELA.xls" is the following:
A: you will need to filter by column A to select the information corresponding for each user. There are 55 diferent users listed in that column.
B: from the file "FULL LIST" columns A, B, C and D copy the information to "Example - MENDEZ AVILA MARIA DANIELA.xls", column A fields 11, 16,17 and 18.
c: From the file "FULL LIST" columns E to K copy information to Column A23 to column G23 from "Example - MENDEZ AVILA MARIA DANIELA.xls".
Final deliverable will be 55 Excel files with the information separated for each user.
