Copy Typing - Transferring Photos to Word

I have some meeting notes that I need to have transferred into a Word Document.

They are handwritten notes from meetings, I have attached a sample.

There are approximately 23 images.

It should be simple for some who is a typist.

Accuracy is not paramount as I will be proof reading them and creating a report with them.

I need this job finishing by lunchtime tomorrow (UK time - 12noon) anyone who bids for this work should be available to complete it within the allotted timeframe.
