Copy Typing/Editing Book to Google Doc

WHO ARE WE
We are an academic institute based in the UK and we require ongoing admin support with our curriculum development.

THE ISSUE
We have a series of books that we have to use for our students and each time we need to photocopy the pages to use them. The issue we have is that most of the times all the questions are not applicable and we need to add/edit questions to suit.

WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a team of individuals who can take a particular book which we have in a pdf format (can be shared via google drive) and copy type the content into a google doc. We require it to be formatted to our company formatting guidelines.

SCOPE OF WORKS
I can estimate this to be an ongoing project with over 100s of books that we need this done too, but the timing of works is essential.

PROPOSAL
I would like a team/organisation to look at this ongoing project, which could definitely lead to many other projects that we need support with. The ideal bid would be:

We will be paying:

ENGLISH BOOKS - £25 per 100 pages (0.25 per page) created.
MATHS BOOKS - £30 per 100 pages (0.30 per page) created.

REQUIREMENTS

- Suit a team or organisation who have people to allocate to this
- Attention to detail is key
- Have to be familiar with google suite
- Formatting skills

Initially, the winning bidder will be given a trial and thereafter the chosen partner will be awarded the contract.
