Experience Level: Entry
I have around 100 documents, these hold around 4 lines of text in total. You will be provided with the same template as you get on the PDF, the template is always the same.

I need all the documents typing. The PDF has been scanned as an image so OCR can not be done.

Please can you provide me with an average turnaround, please see the image below of what I need.
