Copy Paste from txt file into excel spreadsheet approx 100+ pages

Description: I have an text file exported from an WordPress website that needs to be put into an excel sheet for importing into another website.

There are approx 100+ pages.

The rows needed are:
TITLE
BASENAME
DATE
BODY
EXTENDED BODY

See attached example of file

Some of the text in the BODY & EXTENDED BODY will have some HTML in it, this must not be broken, if copied and pasted as is into excel sheet it should be fine.

This job should take approx 2 or 3 hours to complete.

I would like to have this completed before Friday if possible.
