Copy information from a pdf into excel

I have a 25 page PDF of about 950 address-like information that I need converted into an excel file of the same information.

Because of the way PDFs are encoded and the fact the information is in 3 columns I think this has to be manually typed.

The information includes name (of a company), co-ordinates, name of parent company, short description of the business and a region name.

The finished excel file should have a company per row. This is not urgent work but it would be good to have done in a week or so.
