Copy data from pdf to excel as per sample provided

Hello,
I need to copy some of the data from the pdfs in the below dropbox link to the attached excel.

I have provided completed entry for 2 pdfs as you can see in the attached excel sheet (second pdf has 2 values).
What you have to do is search for the Title column value from the excel into the dropbox folder and then locate the correct pdf and populate the values using the logic of the sample values provided.
A pdf can have multiple values so you need to then copy the same record into multiple lines as you can see in my completed last 2 records.
Please let me know if you have any questions. This needs to be completed for 80 pdfs so please quote accordingly.
Accuracy of the data is very important otherwise you will not be provided with good reviews if there are errors in the completed work.
PLEASE PROVIDE 2 COMPLETED ENTRIES SO THAT I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND THE WORK TO BE DONE.
