Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I have extracted quotes from 10 interviewees (columns) across 9 questions/topics (rows) into an Excel document. I need to submit this as a two-part Word document, allowing the client to be able to review the quotes either by interviewee or by question/topic.
It is essentially a cut/paste and formatting task. The content itself does not need to be edited/reviewed, other than to ensure that there are line breaks between the different quotes so that it's easy to read - separate quotes are indicated by quotation marks within a cell, but I find line breaks are tricky to insert in cells so they are not always where they should be in the Excel source document. You will also need to add the question/topic or interviewee when copying/ pasting each cell, so that the quote is contextualised.
The document should be indexed at the beginning, by question and by interviewee with links to the relevant page.
You will need to have a good eye for document design/ layout so that it looks professional and the formatting is consistent throughout. We should agree the format for headings, index etc before starting, but please use Calibri font size 11as the standard body text, with quotes in italics.
I attach a sample of one of the interviews which is typical of the other 9.
