Convert Scanned PDFs to Usable Word

I have several scanned PDFs that need to be transferred to usable word documents. The text should be typed into a Word document in a similar font and format as the PDFs. Pictures should be snapshot and pasted into the document, as they appear in the PDF scans. The final documents should have page numbers and be editable word documents.

The total pages amount to 66, but I may have a couple additional documents in the coming weeks to add to the workstream. I am willing to pay $0.15 per page for the work, which totals $9.90. Please submit a proposal for $10 to be considered. We can add additional invoices if the work continues beyond the 66 pages.
