Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a collection of pdf scans that I need to have converted into an editable document format. There are 10 files that range between 2 and 6 pages in length, sourced from an assortment of new and old newspaper articles and magazine clippings.

I am not concerned with the method of extraction - whether that be automated through OCR, or hand typed - accuracy is ultimately what I am looking for.
