Contact Name Data Sourcing

I have US school data that I am looking for a contact name for.

The Project Is To:

To find the names we are looking for by:

- Copy and paste a school's name & address from the spreadsheet into Google and search
- Check the school website that comes up matches the data from the spreadsheet, some schools share the same name in different states
- Look for a Staff List / Directory (sometimes obvious, sometimes takes a few clicks to find!
- Input the required data in the spreadsheet (see below for further info)
- Click save

The data being cleaned is for elementary schools so you are looking for one contact name per school:

- English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher / English Teacher (ideal contact) (NOT an EL teacher that is a different role!)
- Any Grade 4 teacher (if you can't find the ELA teacher & if more than one, just pick one)
- Principal/Head of School (if you can't find a staff directory or the above contacts)

Then complete the title, first name, last name, and job role columns with the available data and if that teacher has a direct email, please add that to the spreadsheet as well.

If you cannot find the school or any data for it, or if it comes up as 'permanently closed' you can highlight it in red & put a note in the Notes column to say what the problem is.

If you spot a school that has changed name, or the address we have from them is slightly different, etc - please highlight it in red and pop a note in the Notes columns to say "name changed to ..." etc.. Please note is a zipcode has 4 digits then it starts with a zero but the csv doesn't allow this format - do not edit these as it is only included for you to do the address search.

Please do not delete any columns & ignore the school ID column that is a reference for me.

To be considered for the project you must be based in the United States due to how school sites can be accessed.

PAYMENT IS A FIXED PRICE OF £250 (approx $310) per 1,000 schools checked.

To be offered the work you must be 100% accurate on your test batch of 10 school samples and sign an NDA.

The deadline for data to be received is June 19, 2022 - if you complete a batch before this deadline there are several that need doing so could be more work available.
