I have around 75 to 100 invoices which need inputting to a cost tracking spreadsheet. The invoices are construction related as we are a main contractor. The spreadsheet is fairly simple; the fields i would need filling in are:
1) Invoice Date
2) Company Name
3) Invoice Number
4) Invoice Description
5) If its labour, plant, materials or subcontract
6) Nett amount
7) VAT %
Ideally the successful freelancer would have some understanding of construction as the invoices will need a description which might not be totally obvious to non-construction people. Also the labour invoices contain CIS deductions which need to be ignored for the purpose of the spreadsheet.
This gig will be ongoing as the project is forecast to complete in June 2024. For now though its just entering the first set of invoices we have. Ive attached the cost tracking sheet and some of the invoices.
There are WBS and project phase codes, im not expecting these to be filled in as part of the gig.
