Consolidate and clean an excel database ready to import into Infusionsoft

We have a database of over 30 thousand entries (EDIT IT HAS DOUBLE THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES MORE LIKE 60K) that needs tidying ASAP. It is a list of clients and each entry contains details of what product they have bought from us. The entries first need to be matched up so that 1 line of data contains:

Name, address, email, phone number, 1st product purchased, 2nd product purchased etc etc....

At the moment the data is just:

Joe Blogg, 123 Smith street, 1234567890, TMI Product
Amanda, 12 Oak Street, 301726442, SHIC
Joe Blogg, 123 Smith street, 1234567890, SHIC

Some entries for a client will contain address some not so it will be matching those up too.

It is an urgent task to be done in a very short space of time so needs an expert to be working on this.
