Complete claim forms for benefits

We need experienced welfare rights persons who are able to complete DLA and ESA forms. The work involves a telephone interview with the client and then typing the information gleaned from the interview into a PDF version of the form. We would each interview and form to take no longer than 2 hours unless a particularly complicated case. We expect an ever-increasing workload over the next 12 months. Training can be provided.
