Compile Database of Academic contacts in Excel

I need a database in excel of academic staff at three Universities in the UK: Newcastle, Bristol and Glasgow.

The academic staff are in the list of Schools for each university attached. I do not know how many academics there are in each School, I do not need all the academics at each University (only those in the listed Schools in the attachment). The list attached is provided so that you can investigate whether you are interested in completing this project at the fixed price offered.

The database will need to have a separate tab for each University and the information provided needs to ne consistent across all three.

The information I need you to enter into the database is as follows (each a separate column):

Last Name of academic staff member
First Name (in full, not just initials) of academic staff member
Title (Professor, Dr etc)
Job Title (Lecturer, Research Staff etc)
Email address (work email only)
Department/School (Medical School etc)
Group (Immunity & Infection etc)
LinkedIn URL (copy and paste)
If no LinkedIn is found please add ‘Not found’ instead of the URL
If they do have LinkedIn but less than 30 connections please add ‘Inactive’ instead of the URL
If their LinkedIn is showing that they are at a different institution please add the LinkedIn URL and also the name of the institution in a separate column

No duplication of names (academics may be listed as being in more than one School/Faculty). This is really important, there should be no duplication.

This database should be provided as an excel spreadsheet.

Data should be verified, up to date and real from publicly available information and should be GDPR compliant.

Deadline for project completion is 30 April 2020 and I will sample the spreadsheet upon receipt to test its accuracy.
