Collate and present data

Description of support work: I want to be able to create a compelling one page report that highlights the activity and impact of my team on a monthly basis. I'm looking for somebody who can quickly help me create an excel template ( open to other ideas if there is a better and equally cost effective option) that can be used to capture the data ( monthly and then work out a cumulative total for each quarter and year). Ideally then I'd like the data to automatically populate a report. Most of the items on the report will be covered each month but I need flexibility to adapt that if I need to report on something specific. I'm looking for something that is visually engaging. I'm aware of the different types of data visualization tools out there but not sure what would work best.
Extra notes: For the right person I suspect that this will be a really fast project. If at all possible I need the work to take place over the next 3 days
