Clinical process flowchart required

I need a flowchart created showing a clinical process flow for a new medicine for a presentation Thursday. I have a scan of a drawing that needs making into the flow and also a 'sample' of part of the flow but it just needs putting together so that it makes sense during my meeting Thursday. I can explain some of the boxes and wording on the attached. The important thing is to make the attached look clear as possible!
