Clean lists

I have an excel list with 2248 contacts. I need the following things done: 1) email duplicates remove (keep the contacts with the most data). 2) Address column needs to be cleaned so that each entry is in the same format: Street, House number, zip code, city, country (make sure there are commas in between each, if there is no proper address entry then delete data. for example, if there is only "DE", please delete DE so that it is blank) 3) phone numbers must be in a consistent format. since our company is in Germany most numbers without a area code are +49, please add that. 4) names column, there are several entries where the first and last name are together in the first name column, these need to be separated.
