ii) You say that you are updating other documentation - does that mean that you are writing the Business Plan narrative yourself?

When are you looking for your initial requirements to be met by?

iii) You would need to be clearer about what sort of investment you require - a financial model for Debt investors would need to be different from that for Equity investment as they are looking for different outcomes from their investment but we could wait to discuss these matters.

It's usually an interactive process Jonathan to complete a Plan, although a certain amount of the content can be completed with the documentation and sources that you mention in your Brief. I'm around for the holidays and to answer the question that you raise the Plan, up to about twenty pages of content plus financials, could be completed in as little as 48hrs if both parties were available throughout the duration of that period.
