The Business Plan
The development of a Business Plan. This is an autonomous
entrepreneurial initiative, which includes strategic analysis,
evaluation of investments, marketing plan, project management of the initiative and organizational aspects.

The writing and continuos development of the Business Plan has activities which include the collaboration of Corporations
and/or Venture Capital companies interested in financing
original entrepreneurial ideas.

I have a business plan [ a germ] which of course needs at least 3 hours a week of daily inputs to constantly update and modify objectives , activities and tasks in a changing business environment.

The 'plan' is managed using Microsoft Project and you will need a good understanding of maths, planning disciplines of time , costs [money and resources] as well as an understanding of the politics of business when working in the maghreb

The 'business plan' is used as a 'door' opener to both drive and develop all of the activities of the business, from attracting investment all the way to business spend and the constant 'quest' for customers, customer satisfaction and delivery of 'value for money'.
