Broker Price Opinion data entry

I am looking for a person experienced with real estate Broker Price Opinions. Primarily the orders are for the data entry portion only which includes making market/neighborhood comments (I provide the data sheet), subject & comparable data entry (I provide the tax/mls sheets), subject & comparable comments, searching & uploading comparable photos (locating images from search engine such as google images) and making corrections. Although a person that double checks their spelling and performs their own quality control check is preferred. The BPO sites I most frequently work with are: Clear Capital, Equator, Inside Valuation, LSI, Main Street, Single Source etal. Property is located in the states of Arizona, California, Florida and Nevada. I expect a turn around time of around 19 hours or less.

The job post is to complete 4 BPO orders of data entry only (no research) at $3 per data entry job.
