Bookkeeper

Looking for a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper who is confident with quickbooks and knows how to record and allocate funding as well as sales- willing to work across two small social enterprises.

Able to work on a monthly basis, people will send you their invoices, you need to process them and input all finance transactions into quickbooks. You will also be asked to send invoices and keep track of these to see whether they have been paid. Each month to let us know if we have overspent on our plans. Expecting initially around 4 hours per month.

(We generally have about 4/5 invoices per organisation sent to us from freelance staff, we send out about one invoice a month as most of our income comes from sales online, in person and funding).
