Booking date copied form 1 platform to another

I need somebody/team to copy appointments from 1 diary system to our custom made system, see screen shots attached, there will be approx 200 appointments which need to be transferred using the add new appointment function. we will need to work out an approx method for payments some of these will be easier than others if they are an existing client within the system as it will preload the details, others will need to be manually added. this task needs to be completed in 1 day so a few team members may be needed.
