Remote Working - circa 8 hours p/day (UK only)
Are you a perfectionist who rarely makes a mistake?
We are looking for someone to train up to take on responsibilities of management/ quality control.
An experienced booker will earn cira 35k+ with bonuses.
A manager/ trainer/ quality controller can earn far far more!
The right person willing to take on responsibilities, showing dedication can grow with us.
We are looking for long term commitment and are very happy to reward hard work!
Base rate £12-18 (depending on experience).
We pay healthy bonuses
1. for hitting targets
2. appreciation of hard work
We are a team of 9 women on the bookings side, we work hard and have a great laugh while we do it, we LOVE our jobs and that we have a positive impact by what we do.
About us:
We are a boutique RICS regulated surveying practice supporting tenants, landlords and solicitors in legal claims relating to property disrepair.
What we are looking for:
Someone extremely dedicated who pays attention to detail, the work is simple however there are diaries to juggle and multiple steps to the process.
It’s a growing business and we are very busy so we need people confident in their abilities who can check their own work. Training will be provided and we can take it at a slow pace until you are super confident doing the work. If you have experience and are able to learn quickly, there is the possibility to become one of the quality controllers (checking the bookers work).
The role involves:-
• Book surveys with surveyors and liaise with them via phone/ email / WhatsApp.
• Client management – communicate with clients in respect of booking dates/times or difficulties making appointments·
• Ensure smooth running of internal systems
• Once the booking process is mastered there's the possibility to train/ manage/ check others' work.
Job requirements:-
• Must have EXCELLENT English.
• Highly self-motivated/ dedicated.
• Excellent organisational skills, we cannot drop the ball re the bookings!
• (Ideally) a track record of working within a busy fast paced environment successfully
• Basic IT Skills
• Interest in people and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of google docs
· CRM experience - knowledge of Pipedrive useful but not essential as training can be given
We are look for someone with a great telephone manner, who can be persuasive and charming to our clients. If the role can be expanded to a quality controller we need a perfectionist to check and recheck others' work!
