Job Description:
We are seeking a Bookings Co-ordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of surveying appointments for our legal clients. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, the ability to maintain an organised booking system, and be self-sufficient in quality assurance, allowing the team to have full confidence in the accuracy of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Scheduling: Co-ordinate and schedule surveying appointments for legal clients with precision and efficiency.
* Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous approach to booking accuracy, ensuring all details are correct to meet our clients' high standards. There are many steps to the booking process and various demands from clients to be remembered.
* Quality Assurance: Perform self-checks and quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookings and related information.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling-related inquiries.
* Remote Work: The team all work remotely, we work on SLACK and HUBSPOT. It’s not a job for someone to “keep an eye on” we require instant responses throughout the workday. It’s a fast paced role!
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the seamless flow of the process
* Growth Opportunities: Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth within the company, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities and advance your career.
Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools.
* Commitment to maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and quality in work.
