Book keeper that knows Quickbooks software and knows how to reconcile, and organize.

Landscaping company is seeking office support / admin book keeper to keep their Quckbooks data in line. We need someone to help reconcile our accounts in Quickbooks and keep everything up to date with receipts, payroll and more. This will need to be done daily as we want to keep up to date all the time in case of an audit or our accountant wanting to know where we are for tax purposes.

We also need someone to help with Payroll and running payroll through Quickbooks. Set up to bank accounts and preparing for new hire, and setting up check and direct deposits.

IF you have more qualifications please let me know as it would be very beneficial for this company. We would love to have someone on board that knows how to do all the ins and outs within the Illinois rules and regulations and laws.
