Assistance with proposals and sales powerpoints

I'm looking for swift help to create proposals in letters and presentations . I have a set format in stacking the offer but I just am short on time executing and getting proposals and ppts done. It shouldn't take more than 1- 1.5 hour to convert from each proposal letter into ppt and vice verse.

They'll be other areas that I'll need help on so this is a starter for 10.
