Assistance Sending a Rosewood Item Overseas With CITES

I have an item of furniture made from Dalbergia nigra (Vell.). This item will be sold overseas, from the UK. To sell it overseas, I need a CITES certificate for endangered species.

I have had a phone conversation with the Animal and Plant Health Agency, and they have stated I read the documents on GOV.uk and complete the form in the link below.

I want someone to do this process for me, fill out the form, check everything is correct and get a complete understanding of the process.
