Article submission & backlinking & other TBD

I am looking for someone who has experience of

1) submitting articles to some of the top article submission sites. These will include ezinearticles, isnare, ideamarketers, article dashboard, selfgrowth, go articles

2) placing links on other sites (backlinking to my sites)

I am new to using virtual assistants so if this all works out then I would be willing to provide more work that may result in more sign-ups to my sites so I am happy to hear what other suggestions you can make to help drive traffic to my sites
