Advanced PowerPoint and Word - ongoing, ad hoc, home-based

I'm partner of a successful London-based presentation design business, and we often have a need for very advanced PowerPoint and Word, such as:

PowerPoint: reformatting slides, creating templates, high-level PowerPoint animation. You must be able to transform dull bullet point slides to a more visual slide of the highest level, so you must have the ability to understand slide content and the creativity to turn it into something more visual (that still delivers the same message!).

Word: creating templates, recreating pdfs - you must be able to work with headers and footers, TOC, styles etc.

Your work MUST BE of the absolute highest standard, and you also must be flexible and available at short-notice, and able to work quickly, as our work is deadline driven. We won't expect anything unrealistic, but we need someone we know we can rely on - both in terms of quality and availability.

For the right person there will be lots of work, as we'd like to outsource most
of this type of work to a freelancer - but only someone who we know can deliver the high standards our company delivers. In terms of hours of work - every week would be different - anything from 0-30 (once we know we can rely on you). We are getting busier all the time.
