Administrator

We are urgently seeking an excellent verbal and written communicator to provide remote support to our Support teams.

You will draft emails, letters and contracts
Proof read material
Create spreadsheet
Complete Data Entry tasks accurately
Make outbound calls to chase out Contractors/ Freelancers to send in the their timesheets and invoices or Proof of Licences.
Office VOIP phone number will be provided to login and make calls

You will be managing our Freelance Drivers, Camera Operators, Presenters and Influencers.

Hours of Work Available
We are hiring to fill the the following Shifts:
- As and when required
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate:
£20.00 per hour
