JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on local services such as daycares, compile findings into organized Google Sheets, and handle outreach communications
Manage and update HubSpot CRM system to track business acquisition contacts and deals
Perform competitor analysis and market research for potential business acquisitions in the healthcare sector
Monitor 10-15 deal listing websites weekly to identify new business acquisition opportunities and register interest
Handle general administrative tasks including calendar management and day-to-day business operations
Organize and maintain information systems to keep business activities structured and moving forward
Support pipeline management for business acquisition deals
Conduct industry research to evaluate the viability of potential deals
Handle email management and basic correspondence
Assist with personal administrative tasks such as vacation planning and research
Requirements:
Strong research and analytical skills with ability to compile and organize information effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot experience preferred
Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence and outreach
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for data organization and tracking
Ability to work independently with clear direction and minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work during EST business hours for training and collaboration
Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Scope:
Part-time position starting at 20+ hours per week with potential to grow to full-time
