Administration of multiple residential property utility bills

I need someone to sort through energy bills for a portfolio of around 150 properties, updating an exisiting spreadsheet to verify costs have been calculated correctly by the suppliers. There's about 4-5 months of bills to update, which can be provided by PDF.

It will also involve chasing suppliers (through whatever communication channel deemed most efficient) for any missing bills and updating any incorrect details. Roughly half the portfolio has incorrect information that would need to be addressed ranging from incorrect correspondence addresses to accounts being assigned incorrect meter references.
