Administration/Documentation work

I require someone who's an expert in documentation and can help me organize and edit academic documents.
Someone who's proficient with understanding the text and making conclusions and comparisons to see what fits where. Ability to use Office apps particularly Microsoft Word and OneNote is very necessary with a very good understanding of their features.
The person will also have be proficient in using OneDrive for sharing and editing in real time.
I am posting this project because I'm too busy to do this myself therefore I require someone who can do it in a short time and is not too busy himself either. You will have to be able to communicate in real time and be able to list down the tasks done in this project like updates, changes etc.
