We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the team.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain digital filing systems and keep records organized.
Assist with data entry, billing, and invoice tracking.
Support internal communications and follow-up tasks.
Perform research and compile information as requested.
Provide general administrative support to departments or leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Comfortable using project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
