Admin support

We are seeking a communications assistant with great attention to detail to provide administrative support to PR clients Monday - Friday 8.30am-10.30am or 9am-11am (plus additional hours may be available) on a two week trial period, with scope for a long term role for a strong candidate.

Tasks include:
developing media coverage reports for clients and monitoring for media coverage of stories
creating media lists
sending email newsletters using mailchimp and campaign monitor
general administrative support

Candidate must have own PC with word, powerpoint and outlook and be able to commit to two hours each morning to complete these tasks, previous PR/communications experience a bonus.

Please quote a fixed price for 2 weeks of 2 hours per day, so total price for 20 hours of support.
