Admin - send messages to people and record data

The task is very simple. I'm part of two online communities and I would like to message people individually asking them to fill out a survey. In addition I would like to capture the details of their profile.

You will use a messaging program called 'Slack' which you can access on your browser

The process is:
1) Open a direct message with the user
2) Copy message
3) Change name in message
4) Copy details into Google doc:
- name
- description
- username
- timezone
- phone number
- email
- skype

There's around 2000 people in total to message. I estimate it will take you around 20 hours.

The task must be completed on a Wednesday and Thursday only and must be completed within 3 weeks.
