Admin - create a calendar

I need someone to find information related to dates in an Apple Pages document, cut it and paste it into an Excel monthly calendar document. A template will be provided, but it will need to be formatted, depending on the amount of information for a particular date, so that I can clearly and quickly see what was happening when. The document is about 150 pages. The calendar will span multiple years.
