ADMIN ASSISTANT (REMOTE - UK ONLY)

We are a very small media and publishing company (with a team of 3) covering everything from Print magazine, online magazine, social media / influencer marketing, short videos for TV and events. We require an admin assistant to join the team to support the Publisher. Initially by helping with very basic bookkeeping, credit control & subscription management as an ongoing project. At first a few hours per week, but if you have other admin skills to help lessen our workload we'll be happy to book more hours/days per week

Occasionally you may be required to converse with clients on the phone, so the Ideal candidate would be comfortable speaking on the telephone, have a good command of English, a clear speaking voice and the ability to converse both verbally and via letter/email in an appropriate manner.

NB: Only basic credit control & bookkeeping knowledge/experience is requires, as guidance will be provided.
Location: United Kingdom/Remote Work
Estimate: At least 8hrs/wk required, could go up to 3 days a week over time if it suits you
