Admin assistant

We are in search of a skilled Administrative Assistant to effectively manage our job inquiries within the construction sector, specifically focusing on shopfitting. The selected candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to emails, monitoring job quotations, and providing weekly updates on the number of jobs requiring pricing, alongside the corresponding quotes received. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Previous experience in administrative support and the capacity to multitask are essential. We require assistance for 3 to 5 hours each week. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
