Admin and Accounting Duties. UK ONLY.

Dear Experienced Administrators with accounting experience,

I am looking for a trusted, efficient and experienced person to do the following:

- Transition my system from GOCARDLESS to STRIPE (Set up of Stripe accordingly)
- Speak to approx 90 customers and transition their direct debit details etc from GOCARDLESS to Stripe whilst offering them fantastic customer service.
- Ensure any customers are not on Direct Debit, to ensure that they are so it's all streamlined.
- Connect Xero with Stripe for the next batch of invoices to automatically come out for the following month.
- Train 3 team members on how to use Stripe effectively.
- Other additional tasks within this to ensure it's all smooth running and efficient.
- Informing customers of our reviews and Referral offer at the end of the call.
- As we are Ofsted Registered, identify any parent by paying via government schemes such as tax credits, childcare vouchers and fully understand the procedure properly and make an internal document so centre manager understands the process to explain to parents.
- Understand and Identify DBS procedure and ensure our Single Central register is up to date and all staff details with documentation.
- Collect and take out any outstanding payments and debtors from September, October and November (New Academic year) only.

Skills needed -

Clear and strong communication in English
Understanding accounting, admin, and excel sheets to a high level.
Understands and has had experience using GoCardless, Stripe, and Xero.
High level of customer service.
Takes initiative and understands the importance of efficiency.
