Ad hoc virtual assistant

We are small but busy recruitment company and we are looking for a support with checking references, interviewing candidates over the phone, creating their profiles, keeping our website up to date and advertising the jobs on boards. We're not sure how this is going to work, so don't know at this stage how many hours this will require , however i think it might be 5 hours a week.
We will also need someone to create simple newsletter.
