Description
Experience Level: Entry
I have 2 registers that contain information of approximately 1000 contacts of LICENSE HOLDERS and their property type and addreeses.
One register is for the Peterborough area and the other register is for Cambridge area.
I have uploaded them both.
To access the Cambridge register you must follow the blue link and once there select HMO Licenses Mandatory and this will provide all the contacts for Cambridge HMO’s.
The 2 registers are set out differently but I would like just one format for my spreadsheet.
I have listed the heading details on the uploaded excel sheet you may want to set it out better but in the same order.
I would like the spreadsheet to have one page for Peterborough and one page for Cambridge.
I would like to be able to retrieve the License holders names via alphabet and also I would like to retrieve the postcode details in numerical/alphabetical area ie: PE3 6BZ, PE3 6GJ
If there is a License holder that owns more than 1 property I would like all the addresses to be listed underneath each other.
Please contact me if you do not understand what I want.
I will choose the freelancer tomorrow once I have seen all who is interested in doing the work.
This is one phase of an ongoing project.

Hi Teresa,
What is the timeframe, Please? is the sample okay?
Thank you. -

Hi Teresa,
I checked the https://licences.cambridge.gov.uk/ and I could get the required data. Overall I understand your work requirement. The only doubt is regarding the data for the following headings in your excel.
Date Letter Sent, Response, Date Follow up, Sale. From where would we be getting these data or should we leave them blank for you to fill later on.
Many Thanks -
