200 numbers/email addresses of business in Ipswich

I need someone to visit yell.com and look for tradesman in Ipswich

i.e

Plumbers
Electricians
Builders
Cleaners
Tattoo Artists
Hairdressers etc

I need to find the businesses without a website (indicated on the advert) and they then need to record the business name, telephone number and email address if available on excel. I want 200 businesses.

This is a simple data entry task and the budget is limited.
