We need to upskill four or five of us so we are completely familiar to use all aspects of the Sage system. We have two companies, one is using Sage now for order processing and raising invoices, stock control etc etc but our administrator has left who knew how to use the system so we want to train our other administrators and others on how to use it. Our other company is updating its CRM software to a Salesforce.com based system. That means, following the switch, it will be integrated with Sage. When it goes live we need everyone able to use Sage. We are looking for training on Purchase Orders (customer), Customer sales invoices, Sales stock control, Supplier purchase orders, Supplier stock control, production of sales invoices from both stock and general invoicing, production of picking lists, customer and supplier database updating, customer invoice and delivery addresses, be able to do credit control and functions without printing paper, production of draft accounts, making specific forms from reports.
